Join Us for the 20th Annual Flagstaff Trash Bash

As climbers, it is our responsibility to care for our crags. Let’s come together as a community to demonstrate our commitment to stewardship, and have a little fun while we’re at it!

RSVP HERE

Join the Flatirons Climbing Council, the Boulder Climbing Community, and Boulder Open Space Mountain Parks (OSMP) on Thursday, September 12 at 4:30 PM to clean up Flagstaff Mountain at the 20th Annual Trash Bash.

We will pick up some trash, feed you dinner, raffle off some gear, and share a slideshow presentation on climbing development in the Flatirons.

RSVP

Please fill out an RSVP for yourself and your companions via Eventbrite. You may either RSVP for free entry to this event, or you are welcome to RSVP with a donation to the Flatirons Climbing Council. The proceeds of your donation will help protect and expand your access to climbing in the Boulder Flatirons. Whether you show support through a donation or showing up to clean up Flagstaff, we are grateful for your commitment!

SCHEDULE

4:30 pm – 7:00 pm: Trash Cleanup. If you can’t show up as early as 4:30, no problem! Please arrive between 4:30 and 6 pm to participate in the trash cleanup portion of the evening.

7:00 pm – 8:30 pm: Dinner, Silent Auction/Raffle, and Slide Show by local climbing photographer Rob Kepley. We’ll share a meal together, raffle off some gear, and enjoy a slideshow by local climbing photographer Rob Kepley. Rob’s work has helped tell the stories of countless new routes put up in the Flatirons.

WHAT TO BRING

Boulder OSMP will provide work gloves, trash bags, and other supplies. Feel free to bring your own items, but if you don’t have them, we have you covered.

Please plan to carpool. See you there!
